ProjectFocus impacted me because the program helped me become closer to my mom by opening up and expressing my feeling about her. Since 2008, I have graduated from high school and started working as an assistant teacher at Kama’aina Kids. I am now in the process of getting certified to be a caregiver and CDA. I am so proud of how I have come so far in my life and with my career. I dream of owning my own daycare center one day.
