Jasmine

I chose to photograph my sister Michelle. She is the greatest sister I ever had. She makes me feel so happy and special because she hangs out with me. I like to go to the mall with her and she helps me pick out clothes. I’m proud of her because she is smart and she had a good job. She is a great artist and an awesome cook. She takes good care of me and my niece. “Michelle, I want to be like you when I grow up.”

My little sister, Jasmine, took my photograph. She’s growing up to be a talented, happy, loving young woman who “shines” everyday. Jasmine reminds me of the good and innocence in the world. I like to paint her nails and we often talk about music and boys! I’m proud of her for reaching for her dreams and doing everything that she enjoys and wants to do and because she sees the good in everyone and never judges them. She tries to bring peace to those around her. My wish is for her to be happy and healthy and to be able to accomplish her goals. “Jasmine, our whole family is much brighter because of your presence in it. You are a talented and beautiful young woman who can do anything. I am proud to be your big sister!”
