Brittany

This is my sister, Palani. I choose her because she has always been there for me and even though we’ve had our ups and downs, she stands by me. She makes me feel happy and she makes me feel safe ‘cause she’s very protective. I just like spending time with her. We shop at Ala Moana and go to the beach and pretty much just spend time together. I’m proud that she finally learned how to control her anger, and became a better person. I’m glad that she learned to trust me and to built a really close bond with me. “Palani, I love you and will always love you and I’m proud that you turned life around and became a better person.”

Brittany is my sister. I call her Brit. She went through a hard life growing up. We like to go to the mall or stay at home. I am proud of Brit because she made a lot of mistakes, but today she is proving that she is trying to change for the better. My dream for her is that she accomplishes her goals and becomes the person I know she is capable of being. “I am very proud of you. You are very smart and I know you can be or do anything as long as you put your mind to it.”
