Cecily Ching is the vice president and manager of the Trust Real Estate Services department at First Hawaiian Bank where she leads a team in the fiscal, physical and construction management, operations, sales, and leasing of various real estate asset types under agency and trustee relationships. Additionally, Ching develops and executes strategic plans to meet clients’ objectives to maximize asset values and operating income.
Ching has over 27 years of experience in real estate asset management and has managed the operations of several large commercial properties and other significant commercial real estate assets. A graduate of Punahou School and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Ching is actively involved in the community with organizations such as the Miss Hawaiʻi Scholarship Organization, the Distinguished Young Women Scholarship Program and the Hawaiʻi Foodbank.
